This inviting ground floor room has so much character, with original pitch pine wall panelling and beautiful varnished pine floorboards. An authentic fireplace with a brick surround and a pine mantelpiece adds to the room’s warmth and historic appeal. The early 19th-century windows, original and facing the street, have been thoughtfully secondary glazed for a peaceful stay.

Relax a new memory-foam topped bed ,mattress on a sprung base, complemented by clean white cotton sheets, four plush pillows, and a 13.5 tog anti-allergy duvet during the winter. A tartan rug of recycled lambs wool, helps add a cosy touch, while the luxurious pure white Windsor bedspread by Forever England, made from 100% percale cotton, showcases an intricate quilted pattern that enhances the tactile texture of the soft natural fabric.
For those summer nights, a lightweight 10 tog anti-allergy duvet ensures a comfortable night’s sleep. The cream walls hung with antique landscapes create a vintage ambiance. Two bedside cabinets feature convenient wall reading lights.
